What is HealthMatch?
HealthMatch is a website that allows members to shop for healthcare services by procedure, location, type of service or product, and price. HealthMatch also offers members the ability to rate visits to providers, enabling all members to compare quality and value of healthcare products and services.
Although anyone can join and benefit from using HealthMatch, it is an important component for people with an HSA account looking for the best value for their healthcare dollars.
How do I use the HealthMatch debit card?
HealthMatch is as easy to use as making any purchase with a credit card. When you visit your healthcare provider, you use the debit card issued when you enrolled in an HSA. If your HSA is with a qualified financial institution, a notification will be sent to your HealthMatch account. The next time you log onto HealthMatch, you will be able to rate your experience with that provider as to the quality and value of the service.
How do I login?
Enter your user ID and password in the boxes in the upper right portion of the screen and click Login.
Do I have to have an HSA (Health Savings Account) and insurance policy to join HealthMatch?
No. Anyone can benefit from being a member. HealthMatch was designed to help all healthcare consumers shop and compare health-related products and services.
Can I buy prescription drugs through HealthMatch?
Not yet, but we will have the ability to shop for and buy medications online soon.
